Used Collator Customisation

Purchase a Setmaster collator fully refurbished and specification updated or even changed by us. This is typically a machine that is stripped back to the frame and reassembled.  That means we can see more easily where items are  negatively affected by wear and tear and they will be repaired and/or replaced.  During this process the performance of the machine can be improved to take into account developments made to the design over the years.

We can also make changes to the machine specification to meet customers specific requirements. That may require a change to sheet size, the addition or reduction of feed stations and even some new options added that were not available when these collators were first built.  The design of the collating machines, our longevity and experience in this work and allied to our production facilities plus engineering skill set provides us with this Unique Selling Point for the re-sale of Setmaster collators. Even in this scenario where machines are being substantially rebuilt and modified to meet clients exact requirements and expectations, we would expect the cost to still be half that of a new build price.
